Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries



These Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries are crispy, flavorful, and guilt-free. They make a delicious side dish or snack that's perfect for satisfying your cravings without breaking your diet. Plus, with only 5 Weight Watchers Smart Points, you can enjoy them without any guilt!

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

In a large bowl, toss potato fries with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated

Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are crispy and golden brown

Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving
